Led by Cognitive Kali founder and head instructor, this class will introduce you to drills to practice and master at home, challenging your brain to stay sharp and your body to stay fit.
These classes will prepare you to continue your journey with Cognitive Kali, through the Fundamental Series and associated rankings.
Classes are on Saturdays at 11am (PST) unless otherwise noted.
