During Fall 2014 the UCLA Women's Swim Team learned a variety of martial arts, specific techniques and drills using many Cognitive Kali principles and progressions. This type of training is slightly different to the other teams in that there is no contact in the sport and therefore little application of the combative side of training in martial arts. The team focused on the mindset aspect of martial arts and a lot more on the 'cognitive' side of the training program.
